First off, I would like to share my salad from a couple nights ago. My taste buds went on a field trip. I whipped it together after a light pre-dinner jog. I included romaine lettuce, carrots, black beans, shrimp, almonds, chia seeds, feta and cottage cheese.
Second, I was absolutely craving something sweet for dinner that night. I decided to add almond milk, frozen banana, pb2 and truvia. It was good, a little too sweet. Next time I’m going to hold the truvia.
Finally is another one of my favorite late night snacks. I took this photo a long time ago, but it’s just as good as ever!
Simply a cored and sliced apple with a serving pb2, sliced almonds, walnuts and dark chocolate chips. YUM<3
